The accommodation has been completely renovated, all the beds are new and of high quality.

All bedding sets are cotton and new as well. On the ground floor, the sofa, the dining table and the chairs are new.

You will have a living room / lounge on the ground floor equipped with a 65-inch TV opening onto a terrace with access to the garden and the swimming pool.

Still on the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen to accommodate 8 people, adults and children with in particular:

You will have access to almost all of the accommodation apart from a small room upstairs used to put our personal belongings and the entrance hall to the floor (useless and used as lingerie)

Very quiet area close to Pine Cliffs and its golf course. 300m from Praia do Barranco das Belharucas and Praia da Falésia. Many restaurants within walking distance and of very good quality. A supermarket (Intermarché) within walking distance in the center of Olhos d'Água.

You can access almost all services on foot. At 500 m walk you have a bus station You also have the possibility of using Uber, very available day and night and at a very reasonable price.

If you have your own vehicle, parking can be done in the non-private outdoor car park.The accommodation also has a garage in the basement for a vehicle, very practical, it allows you to store the vehicle in a cool place and to have a reserved parking space.

The accommodation was completely renovated and finished in July 2023

If you have a baby, let us know when you book, we will provide you with an umbrella bed with the necessary sheets, only the maintenance of the sheets will be chargeable.

Normal check-in is between 5:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., if you know your arrival time at the time of booking, please take the option.
